“I’m BrazFraz and I have cystic fibrosis. I was asked why, with cystic fibrosis, I take the chance working alongside the Ballistic Boyz? Well, when I breathe it’s like plugging my nose and breathing through a straw. I juggle work, family and friends between hours of breathing treatments. I deal with hospital stays and medicine…lots and lots of medicine. I have coughing fits throughout the day and night which lead to intermittent sleep. I have to fight through the bad days and enjoy the good ones. Cystic Fibrosis is also known as the Invisible Disease. Looking at me, one would never know I have a health problem, which means I also deal with people that don’t understand my disease or my health issues. With all of that on my plate, fighting crime and taking on super villains is a nice break for me.” – BrazFraz, aka Bridget Ann Maxwell
